On February 28, 2019 NTCA spoke with Justin Faulb, legal advisor in the Wireline Competition Bureau. NTCA expressed concerns regarding the accuracy of Form 477 information that will be used to determine Universal Service Fund (USF) support. NTCA encouraged the Federal Communications Commission to ensure that "false positives" generated by Form 477 will not effect providers and their customers who depend upon cost-based USF mechanisms for access to voice and broadband services.
