On November 9, 2018, NTCA filed Opposition to Petitions for Reconsideration regarding Accelerating Wireless Broadband Deployment by Removing Barriers to Infrastructure Investment. NTCA comments reflect the need for NTCA members to access utility poles at reasonable terms and conditions to provide new and upgraded communications to rural consumers.
