On December 11, 2018, NTCA filed reply comments on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking seeking comments on changes to the 3.7-4.2 GHz band to expand its use and reallocate part of the band. In the filing, NTCA supported consideration of new and innovative ways to make more effective use of spectrum in the 3.7-4.2 GHz band.
