NTCA Supports Revisions to FCC Policies on Personally Identifiable Information Required for Lifeline Matters

On March 12, 2020, NTCA submitted comments asking the FCC to revise its policy requiring multiple pieces of personally identifiable information be submitted before telecommunications employees can use systems necessary to administer Lifeline-related matters.
