Shirley Bloomfield Among OSP Magazine’s Top Telecom Industry Influencers and Trail Blazers

Arlington, Va., (August 6, 2014)—NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association Chief Executive Officer Shirley Bloomfield was named to OSP Magazine’s list of top women who are influencing the telecom industry and encouraging diversity across science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) careers.

The OSP feature, “Women in Telecom—Blazing the Trail” highlights women who help drive the “nation’s innovation and competitiveness by generating new ideas across the telecom industry,” and who encourage more women to embrace STEM careers in telecom.

Bloomfield will join fellow honorees during the OSP EXPO 2014, Tuesday, September 30, in Baltimore, Md.
