Arlington, Va. (December 8, 2014)—The Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) named the winners of its 2014 grants for efforts focused on educational advancements that benefit rural communities. The winning projects are endorsed by rural and small-town telecommunications providers that are members of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association.
