Luke Haynes supports the member engagement team by serving as the manager of all front-line contact with members for all products, programs and services. He also works to ensure that the member experience is at its highest when members attend an NTCA sponsored event, visit the NTCA website and correspond with NTCA staff through collaboration with fellow colleagues. Before moving to the NTCA Arlington, VA, office in November of 2018, Luke worked in the Asheville, NC, service center for eight years.
