Director of Government Affairs
Makenzie Shellnutt serves as director of government affairs and advocates in Congress to influence policies on behalf of NTCA members. Prior to joining NTCA, Makenzie worked for the Congressional Western Caucus under Chairman Dan Newhouse (WA-04) on policies regarding telecommunications, agriculture, appropriations, and natural resources.
She also spent time in the U.S. Senate with Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT).
