Mano Koilpillai is responsible for the overall financial health of NTCA and all affiliated entities including financial plans, records, budgets, reporting, accounting processes, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
Mano has extensive financial management experience that has crossed industries including nonprofit, Big 8 consulting, Fortune 50 and government. Her areas of expertise include organizational strategy and business process reengineering in addition to financial operations, controls and systems.
Before joining NTCA, Mano was the founder and president of Dynamic Consulting and Accounting LLC, a financial consulting firm that served primarily nonprofits and associations. Mano’s nonprofit and association experience additionally includes financial leadership roles at Defenders of Wildlife, National Women’s Law Center, the Internet Society and the Washington Scholarship Fund.
Mano holds an MBA in finance from George Washington University and is a certified public accountant. She is a very engaged in numerous professional societies in the finance arena that she uses to stay up to date of financial best practices and complex regulations.
