Tamber Ray

Tamber Ray advocates on policy issues before the Federal Communications Commission, the U.S. Copyright Office and other federal agencies on legal matters affecting members’ operations such as cyber security, cable television, and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Tamber also serves on the Communications Sector Coordination Council and as an alternate on the North American Numbering Council. She is also staff liaison to the NTCA Legal Committee and cyber working group.
