Virdina Gibbs

Director of Government Affairs

Virdina Gibbs currently serves as director of government affairs at NTCA, where she helps shape and advance federal legislative and regulatory policies to close the digital divide and ensure that NTCA members have the resources needed to expand broadband access to rural communities.
 
Virdina started her federal policy career as a policy and legal fellow for the Congressional Black Caucus under the chairmanship of U.S. Rep. G.K. Butterfield (NC-01). Before joining NTCA, she served as counsel to Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD).
 
Virdina is a graduate of Duke University and Howard University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Maryland.
