(March 6) In a meeting with the FCC's Public Safety Bureau, NTCA and the RLEC parties proposed changes to proposed rules to promote the Next Generation 911 transition. NTCA and the RLEC parties noted that their proposal would be consistent with facts established in the record and long-standing rules and practices on interconnection.
