(Aug 9) NTCA joined other associations in a meeting with staff to FCC Commissioner Nathan Simington to discuss broadband label requirements. The organizations noted that requiring broadband providers to display the pass-through of fees imposed by government agencies on the consumer broadband label is unwarranted and would add unnecessary complexity and burdens to the label for consumers and providers.
