(Dec. 28) In reply comments filed with the FCC, NTCA pointed to widespread industry support for the association’s proposals to minimize the challenges providers and consumers will face as the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program transitions to the new Affordable Connectivity Program. NTCA reiterated suggestions for a seamless transition, and emphasized that the industry supports allowing providers to operate under EBB during the initial weeks after the ACP launches.
