(Aug 29) In reply comments filed with the FCC, NTCA pointed out that the comments filed in the All-In Pricing for Cable and Satellite Television Service proceeding demonstrate the real concerns of consumers have to do with the cost of video service rather than confusion regarding what they will be charged for that service. As a result, NTCA reemphasized that the commission should allow video providers to disclose the cost of retransmission consent on promotional materials and customer bills.
