Senior Director of Government Affairs
Makenzie Novak serves as senior director of government affairs for NTCA. Born and raised in eastern Montana, she understands the role reliable, affordable broadband plays in rural America. Prior to joining NTCA, Makenzie worked for Sen. Steve Daines (R-Mont.). She then moved over to the U.S. House of Representatives to work for the Congressional Western Caucus under Rep. Dan Newhouse (R-Wash.), representing more than 80 members of Congress in rural districts on polices regarding telecommunications, agriculture, appropriations and natural resources.
