Racing Across the Nation: East vs. West Edition with GHP Wellness Connections 

About the Challenge

Racing Across the Nation is back by popular demand,  and we are shaking things up just enough to keep it fresh. This 4-week challenge from June 21 to July 19, 2023 is comprised of 2 teams of NTCA members nationwide: East Unleashed versus Don’t Mess with the West. Confirm your team using the map below (tip: use your company location, not personal address), then navigate to Rally on or after June 14 to get a head start joining your team and syncing a device. All participants will earn Rally coins throughout the challenge, the top 3 individuals from each team win a prize, and the top region earns bragging rights until we meet again. 

4 Easy Steps to Join! 

  1. Click on your company’s state to find your team name.
  2. Click the Join My Team button within the popup to be directed to Rally. Log in, select the Activities tab, and navigate to Challenges.
  3. Submit the code NTCAGHPNATION2023 to access the challenge on or after June 14.
  4. Join your regional team and bring your team spirit by encouraging your eligible coworkers and spouses to join you!

Participation Requirements

  • Open to eligible participants and spouses in a GHP medical plan whose member company is enrolled in GHP Wellness Connections.
  • Sign up for Rally if you have never done so here.
  • The Rally app works with any of the following devices (as well as your smartphone). Choose the device you plan to sync with Rally. For more help, use this handy device syncing guide.

Can I quit the challenge for any reason?

No, once a team challenge begins you are in it for the long haul, so please commit wisely.

What if I accidentally joined the wrong team?

You have until the challenge begins to join the correct team. If for some reason you join the wrong team by accident and do not have time to switch, you are still eligible to participate and win, but be warned, you may be teased a little.

I live in one state, but my company is in another. Which team should I join?

This challenge is based on your company location, not your personal address.

Can I earn my $150 wellness rewards by participating in this challenge?

Not directly, but if you haven’t yet earned your maximum wellness rewards this year and haven’t already completed 3 Missions or 1 coaching program, you can enroll in 3 exercise-based Missions to earn $75 (and more Rally coins) while accumulating mileage for the challenge.

Can I share the invite code with my mom/my dog/my best friend/etc.?

No, this invite code is unique to GHP Wellness Connections participants and spouses.

Do I have to share my Rally username with anyone to participate?

You do not have to. Because this challenge includes multiple companies on one team, your member company may ask if you and your eligible spouse are willing to provide this information to identify your progress more easily within your team, and that’s up to you. If you are a regional winner, Rally will be able to identify you so that you can claim your prize.

When does the challenge begin and end?

The challenge begins on June 21 at 12 a.m. PDT and ends on July 19 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.
