(May 26) In comments filed with the FCC, NTCA proposed an Intercarrier Compensation transition plan that will provide support for RLECs’ ability to continue investing in modern IP networks. This proposal is necessary to ensure that RLECs can continue to provide their communities with high-quality services at affordable rates.
