April Irwin, CAE, IOM, oversees membership, meetings, education, marketing and sales at NTCA. Since 2010, she has worked with various departments and NTCA members to build a collaborative environment to promote broadband in rural communities. April's past experience includes leadership positions in fundraising and development, membership programs, and special events for organizations, such as Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater and Wolf Trap Foundation for Performing Arts. She is a native of Bowling Green, Kentucky, and currently resides in Washington, D.C.
