Lorna Gilmore

Lorna Gilmore is a policy manager at NTCA—The Rural Broadband Association, where she focuses on cybersecurity and manages CyberShare: The Small Broadband Provider ISAC. Before stepping into this role, Lorna served as the Foundation Manager for NTCA's Foundation for Rural Service. Her passion for supporting rural communities is inspired by her upbringing in rural Southern Illinois. Lorna holds a BS from the University of Illinois, a MS from Columbia University, and is currently completing her JD at Catholic University.
