Rachel Leman

Rachel is an adult education professional with many years of experience in association conference and program development. At NTCA, she dedicates her time to improving the educational experience for members at several of NTCA’s specialty conferences. She develops and executes the programming presented at these conferences and helps recruit and prepare the speakers who will deliver the content. Rachel earned her B.A. from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois.
