(April 10) In a reply, NTCA urged the FCC to defer the 5G auction until awards have been made pursuant to the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment program. NTCA also discussed the need for greater thought and analysis with respect to translating coverage depicted on the National Broadband Map (“NBM”) for use in universal service funding decisions.
