(September 4) In comments filed with Office of Management and Budget (OMB), NTCA highlighted the tremendous costs and burdens small providers now face because of new obligations to collect and report daily infrastructure reports when the Disaster Information Reporting System is activated. Instead, NTCA argued that lesser regulatory burdens should be adopted for small providers.
