(April 28) In reply comments in the FCC proceeding seeking comment on unnecessary or ineffective regulations, NTCA summarized strong industry agreement for eliminating or streamlining dozens of the commission’s rules. As NTCA stated, these rules are outdated, unnecessary, unduly burdensome or inconsistent with their governing statutory authority.
