(December 16) In comments filed with the FCC, NTCA stated that certain NG911 rules adopted by the agency will impose costs on its members, despite indications from the commission to the contrary. The association noted that the failure to factor in these costs is part of an unfortunate pattern and urged the commission to better calculate costs as it creates future collections.
