NTCA Urges FCC to Reject Proposal for Broadband Testing Changes

(January 13) In a filing to the FCC, NTCA asked the commission to reject a proposal to impose “standardized broadband speed testing protocols.” The association argued that changes to the current FCC “performance measurement” docket were unnecessary and would introduce vast and costly ramifications to a program that has demonstrated success in the half-decade it has been in place.
