(March 4) In reply comments addressing additional FCC inquires as to implementation of the Alaska Connect Fund (ACF), NTCA asked for flexibility to accommodate the individualized needs of carriers serving that state. NTCA also stressed the need for time to allow new ACF rules to take effect before moving forward with additional changes to that program, and asked as well that existing tribal engagement practices remain in place.
