ResearchFirst, Inc. (RFI) is recruiting for a Client Account Manager.  ResearchFirst, Inc. The primary role of the Client Account Manager (CAM) will be to assist ResearchFirst’s service provider clients to meet and exceed their respective sales and activation goals of their internet and video products and services. Additionally, the CAM will be responsible for training and coaching sales reps of these companies and sharing best practices and sales techniques. The CAM will have responsibility for specified accounts and will establish a hybrid presence (in-person and virtual) for retail, face-to-face, and call center sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Train, coach, and motivate front-line sales agents of designated accounts to increase sales of internet and video products and services
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local managers and executives; exhibit strong leadership skills
  • Be knowledgeable on the latest promotional programs, policies, ordering systems, pricing, and products and services for which you are required to train and coach
  • Be able to provide reports, feedback, and sales results for your respective accounts
  • Comply with expense and travel policies, book arrangements for pre-approved travel, and accurately and promptly complete expense reports
  • Perform daily monitoring of results, reporting, promotional tracking, and collaborating with other CAMs and client representatives
  • Attend various seminars, participate in conference calls, plan promotional activities, assist with market research, and other special duties that may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related fields
  • 2+ years of sales training or other relevant experience; knowledge of Internet, Pay TV, and Communications service provider space preferred; familiarity of multifamily markets is positive
  • Possess strong verbal and written communications, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; use of technology capabilities (e.g, mobile, tablets, laptop, conferencing)
  • Exhibit a positive and energetic attitude while maintaining professionalism in all aspects of duties


Location/Travel/Additional Information:

This is a full-time position and is considered remote; location is flexible. Work location should have adequate wireless coverage, internet speeds and proximity to an airport. No relocation package is available. Travel may be required, including overnight, and is estimated to be 25%-50%. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive a car is required. Must also pass a background check.

Compensation consists of base salary with commission/bonus (currently $40,000-$45,000 base and 5%-10% bonus). Benefits include paid vacation and sick leave, a 3% matching salary savings plan, a monthly phone allowance, a monthly medical insurance allowance, and travel reimbursements.
