(Mar 15) In comments, NTCA urged the FCC to compel the tracking of compliance with High-Cost USF buildout obligations to the Broadband Serviceable Location Fabric only for newly established programs and only after the Fabric is a more settled and stable data set. NTCA also expressed support for a voluntary pathway that would permit providers to seek adjustments to ACAM I & II deployment obligations with corresponding support adjustments.
