Speaker - Chad Holzer

Chad Holzer has specialized in telecommunications since 2011. He focuses on separations and regulatory work, managing consulting and cost-study engagements. His clients are primarily rural incumbent local exchange carriers, rural cooperatives and corporations, rate-of-return rural ILECs and midsize price-cap companies. Among the services he provides are cost-study preparations and reviews, Universal Service Fund settlement studies, carrier access billing system and revenue assurance reviews, and the development of continuing property records.

Holzer is the lead instructor of Making Excel Work for You, a half-day, interactive course that shows attendees how to use Excel to become more efficient on a day-to-day basis. Holzer holds a B.A. in accounting and B.A. in finance, both degrees from Eastern Washington University.
