The NTCA headquarters is in the heart of the popular Ballston area of Arlington, Virginia. The office boasts close proximity to several shopping, dining and recreation options and is easily accessible by road or rail.

Employees in our Arlington location primarily work in Government and Regulatory Affairs, Communications and IT, along with administering association business and member benefits.

In 1994, NTCA established the Foundation for Rural Service (FRS), a non-profit foundation whose mission is to inform and educate the public on the rural telecommunications industry and improve the quality of life throughout rural America. FRS is also located in the Arlington office.

The beautiful Blue Ridge mountains surround NTCA’s Asheville office in western North Carolina. It is located in Biltmore Park, which also offers convenient access to shopping, dining and recreation.

Asheville employees manage the day-to-day administration of the association’s benefit plans. Their responsibilities include enrolling member companies and participants into the benefit plans, processing invoices and cash receipts, paying medical and dental claims, processing retirement distributions, approving savings plan loans, and ensuring program compliance with regulatory requirements.
