Earn Credits at Events
You’ve been earning credits each time you attend an NTCA event. Confirm that your event registrations indicate the sessions you attend (when applicable) to ensure the credits are applied properly. Some state associations offer NTCA certificate credits when their programs are submitted for preapproval. Contact your state association for more information about their programming. Candidates retain all awarded credits earned to date.
Earn Credits Online
You can also earn credits by viewing prerecorded sessions from select NTCA events on the NTCA Live Learning Center. Once you’ve viewed an online session, send an email to NTCA confirming the session you viewed. Even though many credits can be earned online through the Live Learning Center, the library of recordings will not necessarily include all required credits for certificate completion.
