NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association is building a better broadband future for rural America. Proudly representing about 850 independent, family-owned and community-based cooperative and commercial communications companies, NTCA helps members build and deliver broadband connectivity and operate essential services in rural and small-town communities across the U.S.

To be a trusted national resource, empowering rural broadband providers to deliver reliable, high-quality service and drive community growth.
VISION
To ensure access to universally available, robust, reliable, affordable and sustainable broadband for rural citizens, communities and every American.

The board's goals are:
- Continue to exercise leadership in the rural broadband space.
- Navigate the association through universal service future.
