Kelsey Guyselman

Kelsey Guyselman is the Senior Policy Counsel for Telecommunications and Technology in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, responsible for advancing the President’s technology and innovation priorities. Her portfolio includes broadband, spectrum, and other telecommunications issues. Previously, Guyselman was Counsel to the US House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce, where she advised Chairmen Fred Upton and Greg Walden on communications and technology matters. Guyselman graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a degree in Journalism and Political Science, and has her JD from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law, where she also received a Certificate in Communications Law Studies.

Rep. Rob Wittman (R-Va.) was first elected to serve the First Congressional District of Virginia - America's First District - in December of 2007.
