Registration
All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend all conference events. Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
What's included?
The conference fee includes admittance to general and concurrent sessions, breakfasts, breaks, and receptions. Additional charges apply for the special event hosted by the NTCA Rural Broadband PAC/RTAF.
Cancellation, Refund and Change Policy
All cancellations and changes must be in writing and emailed to [email protected].
Conference and Special Event Cancellations
Cancellations submitted by close of business on October 4, 2019 will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted after close of business on October 4, 2019, through close of business on October 18, 2019, will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted after close of business on October 18, 2019, and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.
