What You Will Do

• Financial Stewardship: Oversee workflows including fixed assets, accounts payable, payroll, and inventory tracking. 
• Compliance & Reporting: Lead corporate financial reporting, tax coordination, and USAC regulatory compliance. 
• Data Integration: Navigate platform integration challenges to seamlessly prepare for future GL migrations. 
• Grant Management: Direct financial oversight for high-priority, grant-funded growth initiatives. 
• Collaborative Leadership: Share critical data transparently to help leadership make accurate, compliant decisions. 

What We’re Looking For

• Education: BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 
• Experience: Progressive experience in corporate accounting, financial management, or general ledger oversight. 
• Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with GAAP, advanced Excel/Sheets, and an aptitude for troubleshooting GL systems. 
• Compliance Know-How: Experience managing regulatory reporting, asset tracking, or comprehensive audits (like USAC). 
• Communication: Strong skills to manage cross-functional workflows and executive reporting. 

Schedule & Salary: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. | $60,000 – $90,000/year.
