Broadband Sales Manager

The Broadband Sales Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the company's broadband sales efforts to achieve commercial, residential, and enterprise subscriber growth, customer retention and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

1. Lead and supervise broadband sales representatives
2. Develop and implement sales strategies designed to increase subscriber growth
3. Establish sales goals and monitor performance to ensure achievement of organizational objectives
4. Recruit, train, coach and evaluate sales personnel
5. Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports analyzing sales performance, customer trends and growth opportunities
6. Identify and pursue new residential, commercial and enterprise sales opportunities
7. Manage relationships with key commercial and community accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
8. Assist customers with service inquiries, product recommendations and account related concerns.
9. Collaborate with the Coosa Valley Electric Marketing Manager to assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns that support sales objectives, customer acquisition and revenue growth
10. Provide sales insights and customer feedback to help shape marketing strategies, messaging and promotional efforts.
11. Collaborate with customer service, operations and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
12. Collaborate with the Alabama Fiber Network to identify, develop and pursue commercial and enterprise sales opportunities that enhance connectivity and economic development throughout the service area.
13. Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, customer needs and industry trends.
14. Recommend pricing strategies, promotions and sales initiatives to support business growth.
15. Represent the company at community events, trade shows, chamber meetings, industry events, and other public functions.
16. Assist with customer outreach efforts and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
17. Maintain knowledge of broadband technologies, products, service offerings and industry developments.
18. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards
19. Occasional travel for training, conferences, meetings, and business development opportunities.
20. Perform other duties as assigned.
