The Opportunity
We are seeking a Network Engineer who represents the "Ideal Team Player"—combining technical excellence, humility, and exceptional collaboration skills. In this role, you will serve as a key architect of our ISP operational backbone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect & Implement: Lead the strategic planning, design, and daily operation of wired and wireless networks, security infrastructure, and unified communications.
- Master the Core: Install, configure, and manage LAN/WAN and Telco/ISP equipment, supporting world-class enterprise servers (VMs) and software.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Monitor systems closely to resolve issues before they impact customers, documenting solutions to build collective knowledge.
- Drive Innovation: Optimize the network using DWDM, BGP, OSPF, and VoIP, while preparing the infrastructure for MPLS and Segment Routing.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the primary contact for vendors and lead technician for special circuit configurations and high-level troubleshooting.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. CCNA or CCNP certifications are a significant plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years supporting complex LAN/WAN and Telecommunications networks.
- Specialized Knowledge: In-depth understanding of TCP/IP, routers, switches, VLANs, FTTH, and DSL. Familiarity with EVPN and Pseudowire is preferred.
- Requirements: Must maintain a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
