Chief Marketing Officer

Position Summary

The CMO is a key executive leader responsible for shaping Mosaic’s brand, driving marketing strategy, and supporting growth across all product and service lines. This role oversees brand, digital, product marketing, communications, and demand generation, while positioning Mosaic as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy: Develop and execute enterprise marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals
• Brand: Lead brand evolution and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Go-to-Market: Partner on high-impact product and service launches
• Digital: Oversee SEO/SEM, paid media, email automation, analytics, and web performance
• Growth: Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
• Insights: Leverage research to inform strategy and positioning
• Leadership: Build, coach, and lead a high-performing marketing team
• Analytics: Establish KPIs and measure marketing ROI
• Budget: Manage budget, resources, and vendor relationships
• Collaboration: Align with cross-functional leaders on initiatives and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• Experience: 15+ years in marketing, sales, or product leadership; industry experience preferredLeadership: 10+ years in senior marketing leadership
• Expertise: Digital marketing, brand, product marketing, and lifecycle strategy
• Skills: Marketing automation, analytics, CRM, CMS, and standard business tools
• Other: Valid driver’s license; ability to pass background check and drug screen
