We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our executive leadership team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional who thrives at both the strategic and operational levels—someone who can shape organizational culture, develop talent, guide leadership, and ensure our people practices support the company’s long-term success.
This is more than a traditional HR position. The Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic business partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, helping drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement while overseeing all core HR functions.

 

Position Summary
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading the company’s human resources strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, performance management, compliance, workforce planning, training and development, and succession planning.

As a member of the senior leadership team, the Director contributes to company-wide strategic planning and helps ensure that the organization’s people, culture, and leadership capabilities are aligned with business objectives.
