Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-centric Broadband Success and Growth Partner. You will enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth through proactive outreach to residential and business customers. Key duties include managing the sales pipeline (including outside door-to-door sales), generating leads, entering service orders, and following up to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Outreach & CRM: Regularly engage with existing customers to maximize their service value; build strong, long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new residential and business sales, upselling and cross-selling, including door-to-door outside sales.
  • Customer Education & Feedback: Deliver educational resources on broadband offerings; gather customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Resolution: Work with customer support, marketing, and tech teams to resolve issues seamlessly and effectively.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor customer health metrics and sales performance to consistently meet targets.

Compensation, Schedule & Location

  • Salary: $37,000/year base salary + uncapped commission (Target compensation: $70,000 - $125,000/year).
  • Schedule: 35–40 hours/week during regular business hours; occasional evenings/weekends for community outreach. Occasional travel required.
  • Locations: Openings available in Eastern Idaho, Greater Livonia Area (LA), and Unity/Brooks/Waldo (ME).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer success, sales, or telecommunications/broadband.
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and achieving sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and self-management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with Windows proficiency; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of the fiber broadband construction process.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required (Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Must pass a background check and pre-employment/random drug and alcohol screenings.
