Exploring Innovation with Technology

NTCA recently hosted the 30-Day AI Challenge, inviting members to explore what AI could do for their organizations. Throughout the competition, participants examined how AI could make their work easier, faster, and more effective. They selected one—or dove into all four—key areas where AI can make a meaningful impact: Marketing and Content Creation, Customer Service, Internal Operations, and Network Management. Whether the goal was saving time, improving service, or uncovering fresh ideas, the challenge offered a structured opportunity to experiment, learn, and identify what worked best.

Congratulations to the 30-Day AI Challenge winners:

  • Gardonville Cooperative Telephone Association (Brandon, Minn.)
  • Nex-Tech (Lenora, Kan.)
  • Paul Bunyan Communications (Bemidji, Minn.)
  • PTCI (Guymon, Okla.)
  • Rainbow Communications (Everest, Kan.)
  • Twin Valley (Miltonvale, Kan.)
