NTCA is pleased to introduce our newest Member Relations Manager, Maddi Jones. Before joining NTCA, she was the Human Resources Supervisor at NineStar Connect in Greenfield, Indiana. In her HR role, Maddi gained experience communicating NTCA benefits to NineStar’s employees and building relationships with their community. Let's dig a little deeper to discover more about Maddi.

Where were you born and raised, and where do you live?

I was born and raised in Greenfield, Indiana. Growing up in a small town gave me a deep appreciation for community, relationships, and the feeling of being truly rooted somewhere

Where’d you go to school?

I attended Greenfield Central High School before graduating from Marian University in Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

Tell us about your family.

Family is a huge part of my life, and I spend a lot of my time with them. I come from a big, close-knit family, so there’s almost always a birthday party, gathering, or some kind of celebration happening, which I love. I’m engaged to my fiancé, Josh, and we’re excited to be getting married next year. I’m also a proud dog mom to two pups, Oakley and Lilly, who bring so much joy to my life. Between time with family and frequent celebrations life stays full in the best way.

What do you like to do in your spare time? Any hobbies?

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and being outdoors. I also like planning and organizing things – whether it’s travel, events, or just staying ahead of life’s to-do list.

What was your first interaction with NTCA? Was it with an MRM? If so, who?

My first interaction with NTCA was during my time at NineStar Connect, when Sally Wlasuk was my Member Relations Manager. As someone who was still new and learning the ins and outs of benefits, having her guidance and support meant a lot. She created a welcoming, reassuring experience and made it easy to ask questions, learn, and grow.

What stood out to me most was the way she showed up with patience, encouragement, and a genuine desire to help. That early experience not only shaped my understanding of the organization but also left a lasting impression on how meaningful strong member relationships can be. It’s something that has stayed with me throughout my career and played a role in my journey to where I am today.

Any quirky fact most people don’t know about you?

Fun fact: I completed my internships in college at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway—an experience I’ll never forget.
