Member Moments: The Power of the NTCA Community

Kim Shepherd, CEO of SkyLine/SkyBest (West Jefferson, N.C.), provided an update on the devasting damage caused by Hurricane Helene, which knocked out 95% of SkyLine’s core network. In her update, Shepherd detailed the efforts the company and its employees took to get the community back online, as well as highlighted the power of the NTCA community.
