Chad Young is the CEO and general manager for Norvado located in Cable, WI. Chad assumed his role at Norvado in September, 2015 after working for TDS Telecommunications Corp. in Madison, WI for 18 years. In addition to Chad’s role as CEO and general manager for Norvado, he is also the president of the Cable, Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce, board member and secretary for the Bayfield County Economic Development Corp., is a board member for the Iron River, Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce, is a board member for Cooperative Network, is on the board of directors for the Wisconsin State Telephone Association, and is on the board of directors for the Wisconsin Locally Owned Telephone Association. Prior to his roles at Norvado and TDS, Chad worked for Rockwell International and as an intern at the United States Embassy in London. He graduated from Bradley University with a degree in finance and quantitative methods and earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
