Elizabeth Brown is passionate about rural broadband and champions area economic development through gigabit-speed connections to businesses, homes, farms and ranches. At PTCI, she is responsible for all facets of marketing, public relations, new product development and strategic planning. Elizabeth came to PTCI in 2016 with more than a decade of small business and retail experience.
Elizabeth currently serves on the Marketing Committee of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association, where she collaborates with colleagues across the United States to tell the story of rural broadband using the Smart Rural Community and other initiatives.
Elizabeth serves on Main Street Guymon’s Business Development and Career Focus committees and is an active Rotarian. She serves on the Panhandle Cares board of directors, which works to improve residents’ welfare in many aspects, including advancing remote health care access.
An Oklahoma Panhandle native, Elizabeth attended Oklahoma Panhandle State University in Goodwell, Oklahoma. When she is not working to improve digital equity with high-speed broadband, you can find Elizabeth looking for the next trail to hike.
