Holly Utke is the CEO at Dakota Central, a broadband communications company serving central North Dakota. With over 25 years of experience across finance, marketing, sales and customer relations, she leads the company’s overall strategy, compliance and business operations.
Within her professional role, Utke is deeply committed to championing rural communities. She has served as a trustee, board member and committee chair for numerous organizations supporting rural development, economic growth and local engagement. Her leadership extends to advancing broadband access, strengthening community vitality and creating opportunities for rural residents. She also serves on the NTCA R&S Trust Committee as Vice Chair.
She and her husband, Joel, have six children together. She finds joy in traveling to new places, hitting the golf course and soaking up life at the lake with her family.
