Jane Wigen joined NTCA as a member relations manager in 2008 and serves the states of Alaska, Hawaii, Montana and North Dakota. She has a long history in the industry through her work for a rural ILEC member company in Southwest Montana. As with most employees that work for a small rural provider, she wore multiple hats during her tenure that also included human resource administration, plant accounting, regulatory filing, customer service oversight and marketing responsibilities.
She serves as the primary facilitator and educator for the comprehensive retirement and financial wellness seminars offered through NTCA Benefits.
Prior to her work in telecommunications, Wigen worked in health care finance and human resource administration, and as an independent consultant for small businesses providing direction in human resource administration, employee development, marketing and business planning. She embraces her rural life where she lives in Wisdom, MT. She is part of the energetic team that takes joy in assisting members navigate the world of employee benefits and the wide array of services extended through their membership with NTCA.
