Jennifer Benson is delighted to engage with members in California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming and Utah. She is fortunate to travel to locations in beautiful and diverse rural areas to visit with NTCA members and welcomes the opportunity to help members and their employees navigate their NTCA benefit plans. Benefit education is provided through employee meetings, executive orientation and consultations with employees planning for retirement.
Jennifer was introduced into the telco industry in 2004 at her local telephone company, where her roles included dispatch, accounts receivable, HR assistant and IT technician. Jennifer attended Brigham Young University – Idaho.
Along with all NTCA staff, Jennifer strives to exemplify the motto, “Every member every time.”
