Jennifer Jushchuk oversees technology strategies and project management for NTCA and its entities, working in close coordination with senior leaders to help deliver even greater benefits to members. In this consultative capacity, Jennifer develops, implements and administers policies and programs to position NTCA, its Services Management Corporation subsidiary administering the association's employee benefits plans and the Foundation for Rural Service as technology-forward organizations providing the tools members need to engage with programs, events and informational resources. Jennifer also leads business continuity planning and operational resilience for the same entities. She graduated from The George Washington University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business.
